The Drop-In Nest offers immediate, compassionate care for those times when life feels overwhelming, unexpected, or too heavy to carry alone. Whether you’re navigating a difficult day, loss, a breakup, bad news, a traumatic event, or simply feeling more anxious, low, or alone than usual this space is here for you to be seen within 24-48 hours of initial call time.



We believe care should be accessible when you need it, not just when it’s scheduled.

Our Approach

At The Drop-In Nest, we provide short-term, responsive support grounded in presence, compassion, and clinical care.


This is not to replace traditional ongoing therapy but instead it is a space designed to:

  • Stabilize and support you in the moment
  • Help you regulate your nervous system
  • Offer tools to navigate distress as it’s happening
  • Provide connection when you feel most alone
  • You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan.


You just need a place to begin.

How It Works

We’ve designed this process to be simple, quick, and supportive:


  • Reach out by phone or online
  • Complete a brief intake to understand your needs
  • We coordinate logistics, including insurance and fit
  • You’re matched with a therapist, often within 24 hours
  • Attend a session focused on immediate support and care


Our goal is to reduce barriers so you can focus on getting the support you need.

Who This Is For

The Drop-In Nest may be a good fit if you:


  • A situational event has taken place (death, diagnosis, breakup, fight, bullying, etc) and you need to talk
  • Need support between therapy sessions
  • Are not currently in therapy but need to talk to someone now or your therapist is OOO. 
  • Are experiencing a sudden increase in stress, anxiety, or sadness. 
  • Feel overwhelmed, isolated, or emotionally flooded
  • Want a flexible, no-pressure way to access care as a busy mom, dad, caregiver, constantly working individual etc
  • You are a family member of an individual who requires a highly demanding mental health support, substance use, medical treatment etc and need to focus on your OWN support 
  • You are an individual who has endured secondary trauma on the front lines in hospitals, as a therapist, police officer, fireman etc. 


This is a space for real-life moments that don’t wait.

Sessions are centered around what you need most in the moment. Together, we may:

  • Process what’s coming up for you
  • Practice grounding and coping skills
  • Create a sense of emotional safety and steadiness
  • Help you feel seen, heard, and supported
  • Give you space to pause, breathe, and reset


Sometimes, immediate care can make all the difference.

Continuing Care


After your session, we’ll gently explore what support might look like moving forward.


If helpful, we can:


  •  Connect you with ongoing therapy
  •  Recommend specialized or higher levels of care
  •  Offer flexible options to continue dropping in as needed
