Lauren Jennerich, LSW

Hi, I’m Lauren, a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and seasons of growth. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share their experiences, feel understood, and receive support tailored to their unique needs.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PMDD, and challenges related to major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women and families through the perinatal journey, including the emotional experiences that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

For clients who desire it, I also offer a faith-integrated approach, incorporating Christian counseling and spiritual support into therapy while honoring each client’s individual beliefs and values. My goal is to meet clients where they are and provide a space where they can grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, dog, and family. I love spending time at the beach, playing pickleball, trying new restaurants, and getting lost in a good book. These moments allow me to recharge, stay connected with the people I love, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
