At La Luna Counseling & Wellness, we offer individualized sessions designed around your needs. Care is available virtually, in-person, or through nature-based “walk and talk” sessions—allowing you to choose an environment that feels most supportive to you.


Our approach is thoughtful and integrative, incorporating holistic tools and evidence-based practices to support your overall well-being—not just symptom relief.


Sessions are offered in 50- and 60-minute formats, with consultation calls available to help you get started.
