Cody Watters, LSW
As a Licensed Social Worker for over 10 years, I provide both a casual and dedicated space for individuals to navigate the complexities of life, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, mood disorders, men's specific issues, and substance use disorders. I have worked in a variety of settings, including adolescent residential treatment centers, adolescent and adult partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, as well as individual outpatient therapy.
My therapeutic approach is built on the understanding that we often face unique pressures that can make seeking help feel daunting. I specialize in helping individuals break through those barriers to address what is most important, reclaiming a sense of control and direction over their lives. Using evidence based therapeutic interventions and techniques, I will work alongside you to develop goals and objectives tailored towards your specific needs, utilizing your feedback and insight to ensure ongoing collaboration.
Ultimately, therapy is about more than just managing symptoms; it’s about rediscovering your resilience and authentic self. I strive to create an environment where you can be yourself without judgment, even when things feel out of control. Together, we will turn insight into action, helping you move from a place of simply 'getting by' to one of genuine purpose and stability.
