Kathryn Rose Grimes, LSW, MBA
Kathryn Grimes is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in helping children, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, family transitions, and school-related stressors. With over eight years of experience in outpatient, school-based, and telehealth settings, she understands that when a child is struggling, parents often feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to help.
Kathryn is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel understood, accepted, and empowered to be themselves. She believes every child has unique strengths and the ability to grow, heal, and thrive when given the right support.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, play-based interventions, mindfulness, and parent collaboration. She works closely with both children and caregivers to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen confidence, and foster healthy relationships at home, in school, and with peers.
Kathryn believes meaningful change happens when children feel supported and parents feel empowered. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, friendship challenges, grief, behavioral concerns, school stress, or major life transitions, her goal is to help families feel more connected, confident, and hopeful about the future.
