Hannah Rodriguez, LAC

Hannah works with women navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem and trauma. Her approach to therapy is warm, grounding, collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs.

She believes that clients are the experts of themselves, and views therapy as a space where healing happens through authenticity, connection and self-understanding. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, mindfulness, Exposure and Response Prevention and strengths-based approaches, Hannah helps clients to build a stronger sense of self that allows them to reconnect with their voice and better understand their emotional experiences.

Whether processing family dynamics, healing emotional wounds, learning to set healthier boundaries or reconnecting with personal values and strengths, Hannah strives to help clients feel empowered to navigate life with greater confidence and self-trust.

Above all, she hopes clients walk away feeling understood and reminded that they do not have to carry everything alone. She is passionate about creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive and comfortable enough for clients to show up fully as themselves.
